User rights management and content control
Neospark® offers strict user and usergroup rights management. Administrators can define the functions available to each user, such as edition rights over a content, a page, or a directory contained in the website: For example, it could be possible that a user be allowed to add pages to a website, but not be allowed to publish them.

To ensure content control, correctors and validators can be assigned to a website so that a content can follow a validation process before its publication online. Different users are warned via email, and each one has a personal « task-board » for correction demands and/or current validations.
Tasks and editing can be attributed to users or usergroups via Neospark®'s « Workflow » system. See « Process and Roles ».

A history is available for all modifications brought to contents, and a user can at any time come back to a preceding version of the content. (n-1).

A content can exist in a number of versions: users can create « rough copies » for a content and decide at any moment to make it the « official » content. Rough copies are very practical to work on parallel versions of a website and get ahead with text composition.
